Join us for a benefit to support Felix, who was born with locular hydrocephalus, and his family. This is a family-friendly event with fun and games!
The benefit will include:
Bean bag tournament (If interested please contact James in person at Features in Holmen. There will be a total of 30 teams with a $30 entry fee per team)
Silent auction
Bake sale
Raffles including a gun/bow raffle, meat raffle, wing span raffle, and a wine raffle

Background on Felix:
Felix Medinger was born in June 2016 with a brain condition called locular hydrocephalus (fluid on the brain) that is caused by several cysts in his brain ventricle system cause by an old bleed/ that occured during development. Felix is the fourth child, and first and only son of Paul and Bobbi Medinger. It has been a difficult first year for Felix, his parents and his older sisters Mae, Ada, and Della. As of May, Felix has undergone 11 brain surgeries and he has two shunts placed in his brain. He is a complicated case, but his surgeons are optimistic for his future outcomes, despite plenty of additional work and surgeries expected in the future and throughout his life. Even with insurance, the family had accumulated significant medical bills, and in additionn to his surgeries there have been many scans, MRis, hospital stays, missed work, hotels cost and many trips to Mayo Clinic in Rochester.
Despite the difficulties, Felix has been a sweet, happy boy throughout. His family would be very appreciative of any support/donation you could give to help this sweet little boy.
